It's Official, we are building a house!

So, we had our meeting with the builder a week ago and put down the rest of our money to start the process of building. We are super excited and can't wait. We have our first builders meeting in a couple of weeks and that will start the actual building of the house. So stay tuned to see the million pictures that I will take when the process is underway.

Design Center

Andrew and I have been going back and forth about whether to build a house or to buy one. We figure now is as good a time as any. So with that said we went to the design center yesterday, boy was that overwhelming. It was fun but we had a lot of decisions to make. We are trying to stay under our budget so that was challenging as well. Overall we are very happy with our choices and have to go back for our second meeting on Monday to meet with the design center team as well with electrician. Wish us luck with the process, it isn't a done deal yet but it is getting closer.

Yes, it was peer pressure

Okay, so everyone is doing it right? Since a lot of my friends have blogs I thought I better have one too! I caved in and decided to get one started. We don't really have a lot to post but I thought I would start one anyway. I probably won't updated it a lot but it is good to have one started.
